Registered Nurse (RN) | Electrophysiology Lab Location: Austin, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,236 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN - EP Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Electrophysiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: ARRT or RCES preferred Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. Description: This position is for an RN in an Electrophysiology Lab. The shift is from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call requirements are included. The lab includes one procedural room and operates with a staff of 3-4 during the day shift. Staffing consists of a mix of Registered Nurses and technicians, alongside a supervisor. There are no night shifts or weekend requirements. The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:1 during procedures. Required equipment includes Philips monitoring systems, and the EMR is Meditech. Typical procedures performed include standard implant procedures and various electrophysiology ablation cases. Candidates should have experience with high-volume procedures. This is a busy lab requiring a sense of urgency. Scrubs will be provided by the facility, and there are specific dress code guidelines.
