Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (Full Time or PRN Flexible Schedule) to join our dynamic healthcare and medical services team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our patients in an inpatient rehabilitation environment. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal physical and emotional well-being. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment strategies. You will also educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support recovery at home.
