Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side-effects and effectiveness, and document care provided. Meet expectations of applicable leadership competencies. Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers. Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers to manage the clinical situation. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA only). RN License in state of TX or compact state. One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. Completion of all annual competency verification requirements. All newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or specific orientation.
