Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Board
Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team at
{EMPLOYER-DESC}. In this role, you will be responsible for
assessing behavioral needs and designing behavior interventions for
children and adolescents, primarily focusing on those with
developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.
The BCBA will work closely with pediatric patients, their families,
and a team of healthcare professionals to implement and monitor
behavior treatment plans that improve quality of life and
facilitate the development of essential skills. Conduct thorough
behavioral assessments including functional analyses and skills
assessments. Develop and implement individualized behavior
intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results. Regularly
monitor and modify behavior plans to ensure they are effective and
meet the needs of the patients. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to integrate behavioral strategies into overall
treatment plans. Provide training and support to parents,
caregivers, and other professionals on implementing behavior
intervention techniques. Maintain accurate and detailed case notes
and prepare reports on patient progress. Adhere to ethical
standards and comply with all professional and regulatory
requirements. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret
behavioral data. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
for working with children, families, and healthcare teams.
Proficient in using behavioral analysis software and tools.
Knowledge of current methods and techniques in behavior analysis
and intervention. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) certification. State-specific licensure as required.
