Job Description:

The Customer Service Specialist I analyze multi-level patient financial accounts and resolves advanced customer issues. This position requires instilling confidence and trust and demonstrating operational excellence when communicating to the public.

The ideal Customer Service Specialist I will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment


* Must have exceptional phone etiquette


* Must remain professional throughout the call


* Excellent internal and external customer service.


* Ability to follow accounts through to completion


* Soft collection experience is helpful
