Job Description:

We're searching for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the efficient operation of our food and beverage operations and learn from a talented team. We require a dependable person who can jump in and assist with a range of kitchen and restaurant activities. You will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine in addition to bussing dishes and running room service orders to our overnight guests. This is a tipped position, so not only is it a great opportunity for compensation but also to learn the ropes of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Responsibilities:

Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment
Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine
Keep track of dishwashing machine mechanical defects while also maintaining accurate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher
--- Assist in bussing tables in the restaurant and running room service orders to overnight guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in food service is preferred
Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
Excellent stamina and physical health
