Perform professional massage therapy sessions and body treatments adhering to Marriott's high standards Consult with guests to assess their needs, provide personalized treatments, and suggest additional services as appropriate Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the therapy rooms and equipment Adhere strictly to local legislations and regulations regarding massage therapy Participate in ongoing training to ensure up-to-date techniques and comprehensive product knowledge Collaborate with spa and health club team members to enhance service delivery and promote a holistic wellness environment Proficiency in various massage therapy techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong customer service orientation and skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State/Country licensure or certification in massage therapy Certification from a recognized massage therapy institute
