Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process. Supporting employee opportunities for professional development. Implementing and revising a company's compensation program. Creating and revising job descriptions. Conducting annual salary surveys. Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s evaluation program. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures. Overseeing exit interviews and recommending changes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role with a focus on Organizational Development, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, and Compensation & Benefits. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business knowledge. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Interested in hearing more?
