Austin, Texas, United States Software and ServicesAdd to Favorites Software Engineer, EMEIA IS&T MgtDescriptionThe InStore team builds the back-ends and front-ends for several applications used by our channel partners. Mostly DCOTA (Digital Content Over The Air), which manages over a million devices in our partners' stores; and StoreFront, the go-to app for our partner's staff to manage their stores (marketing campaigns, fulfillment, ticketing, and support). We are looking for a senior software engineer to join our team and contribute to the architecture, design, development, deployment and the support of new features for our platforms. In addition to technical skills, we are interested in candidates who want to build products and understand the business vision for our platform. This will help them choose the right tools and technologies to meet the needs of the product while keeping our architecture as simple and maintainable as possible. The successful candidate will have a wide knowledge of the whole software development lifecycle. They will have good communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills, which will allow them to successfully navigate a highly cross-functional and cross-region environment.Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in modern programming languages: Java and/or Python are required.
• 3 years experience in designing new solutions and in enhancing/maintaining complex client-server software.
• 3 years experience on the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing (unit tests and performance tests), deployment and support.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle preferred).
  • Experience in cloud computing (AWS preferred).
  • Experience building non-blocking API services with Spring Webflux/Reactor.
  • Working with multi-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Business, Front-end, Platform/DevOps)
