Tech/Media Patrol in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard
clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and
more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a
leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and
patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents
while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine
patrols, provide excellent customer service, and communicate

Program. What You'll Do: - Provide excellent customer service by
carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific
policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and
problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. -
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location,
including both the business interior and its perimeter, to help to
deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. - Monitor
access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious behavior,
reporting findings according to company protocols. - Communicate
clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local
authorities as needed during incidents or emergencies. - Complete
required reports and documentation for all incidents, patrols, and
security-related activities at the location. - Remain visible and
approachable to employees, visitors, and clients to provide
assistance and reinforce a security-related presence. Minimum
Requirements: - Supervisory experience is required. - Must be at
least 21 years of age. - Must have a DD214 with Honorable Discharge
or an Associate's Degree or 60 college credits or a Police Academy
Certificate or a Corrections Academy Certificate. - Must possess a
Law Enforcement Officer License. - Be at least 18 years of age for
unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high
school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment,
applicants will be subject to a background investigation in
accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied
Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal
histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a
condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug
screen to the extent permitted by law. - Licensing requirements are
subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be
required prior to employment. - A valid driver’s license will be
