continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a
dynamic Senior Account Based Marketing Manager. The Role We are
seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Administrator to manage and
optimize our company’s Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
Focusing on ensuring robust infrastructure management, strong
security/compliance, and cost-efficient operations in a global
setting. The ideal candidate will design secure cloud access
models, oversee critical Azure and M365 services, and continuously
tune performance and costs to meet business needs. Key
Responsibilities: Azure Access Management: Design and administer
Azure Active Directory and role-based access control (RBAC) models,
utilizing multi-factor authentication and appropriate user/group
permissions to enforce proper access controls. Microsoft 365
Administration: Oversee core Microsoft 365 services – including
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI
platform (infrastructure and user permissions) and Copilot.
Managing user accounts, groups, and policies to ensure secure and
efficient collaboration across the organization. System Monitoring
& Reliability: Continuously monitor the health and performance of
Azure and M365 tenants, using tools and analytics to catch
bottlenecks or issues. Adjust configurations or scale resources as
needed to maintain high availability and optimal system
performance. Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain cloud
security measures and compliance standards. This includes
configuring security policies, access controls, backups, and
disaster recovery plans in line with industry regulations (e.g.
GDPR) to safeguard data and ensure compliance. Cost Optimization &
License Management: Track cloud resource usage and costs across
Azure subscriptions and M365 licenses. Optimize resource allocation
and license provisioning to minimize waste and implement
cost-saving strategies. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide tier-2/3
support for cloud-related issues and outages. Troubleshoot Azure
and M365 problems and collaborate with vendors or cross-functional
IT teams to rapidly resolve incidents and ensure minimal downtime.
Documentation of changes and training of junior staff or end-users
on cloud tools may be required as well. Oversee the administration
of the Power BI service for the organization. Manage Power BI
tenant settings, workspaces, user access permissions, and data
gateways. Ensure that appropriate security policies are applied to
BI data and that workspace roles/permissions are handled correctly
so that users have access only to authorized datasets and reports.
Monitor Power BI usage and performance (such as dataset refreshes
and capacity utilization) and address any issues to support the
business’s analytics needs Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field (equivalent work experience will be considered). Experience:
Approximately 7 years of hands-on experience in cloud
administration, with a proven track record as an Azure Cloud
Administrator (or similar role) managing enterprise cloud
environments. Experience should include administration of Azure
services and Microsoft 365 at scale. Technical Proficiency: Solid
understanding of cloud computing with expertise in Microsoft Azure
(compute, storage, networking, Azure AD) and related tools. Strong
foundation in networking concepts, virtualization, and operating
systems (Windows and/or Linux) is essential. Microsoft 365 Skills:
Practical experience managing Microsoft 365 platforms – e.g.
administrating Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint sites, Teams
configuration – and integrating these services with Azure AD.
Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting/automation
(PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar) to automate routine tasks and
improve system efficiency. Ability to create scripts for user
management, resource provisioning, backups, etc., is highly valued.
Problem-Solving & Communication: Excellent troubleshooting
abilities with a resourceful, proactive approach to problem
solving. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate
with global IT teams and to document procedures or explain
technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred
Qualifications and Experience: Certifications: Relevant Microsoft
certifications are a strong plus – for example, Microsoft
Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure
Solutions Architect Expert (demonstrating deep Azure expertise).
Similarly, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
is desirable for the M365 aspects of the role. Cost & Performance
Optimization: Demonstrated experience in optimizing cloud costs and
performing capacity planning/performance tuning in an Azure
environment. Familiarity with Azure Cost Management tools and best
practices for cost governance is beneficial. Global Environment
Experience: Experience managing cloud services in a global or
multi-site organization, coordinating across different regions or
time zones. Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-cloud setups and
understanding of regional compliance requirements is a plus.
Security & Compliance Knowledge: Strong awareness of cloud security
frameworks and compliance standards. Experience implementing
policies for data protection and compliance (e.g. knowledge of
GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulatory standards) in cloud services is
preferred. Additional Skills: Background with monitoring tools
(Azure Monitor, Microsoft 365 Admin Center analytics) and ITIL
processes for incident/change management is also beneficial. What
