This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases and transactions in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex legal matters, including IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, complex liability transactions, and more. The successful candidate will be able to work with a diverse range of clients, from emerging companies to established public corporations, across various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and banking. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal counsel on IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex liability transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts. Provide legal advice on various corporate, securities, and transactional matters. Represent clients in negotiations, litigation, and regulatory proceedings. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client cases and transactions. Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact clients. Qualifications: JD or equivalent Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on corporate law, securities, and transactional matters. Proven experience with IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex liability transactions. Experience representing clients in the energy, infrastructure, and banking sectors is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations for public and emerging companies. Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and transactions simultaneously. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Interested in hearing more?
