From optimizing workflows to mentoring leaders, this is your chance to make a measurable impact from day one. What You’ll Be Doing: Own mill operations — ensuring production goals are smashed and product quality never slips Lead and inspire a skilled team of operators, supervisors, and leads with clear direction and high expectations Drive continuous improvement by analyzing inefficiencies, solving problems, and implementing lean manufacturing strategies Monitor and maintain product quality standards while rapidly resolving issues Proactively optimize workflows, ensure equipment is maintained, and drive operational performance Oversee scheduling, staffing, salaries, and benefits to support team engagement and long-term growth What We’re Looking For: 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role overseeing mill or production operations Background in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field — degree preferred, but real-world results speak volumes In-depth understanding of mill systems, machinery, and production tools Passion for operational excellence — you thrive on data, KPIs, and root cause analysis A leader who develops talent, drives accountability, and builds a culture of ownership and success Interested in hearing more?
