Job Description Seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist with a huge emphasis on accuracy, security, and safety. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, professional, and detail orientated. You will be tasked with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards and guarantees the quality of the service we provide, but also fosters a "quality culture," in which all employees become actively engaged in. Key work will be reviewing and developing work instructions, establishing metrics to improve quality performance, tabulating data, conducting inspections, assisting with non conformance report and conducting a detailed quarterly review of project performance. Person may be required to assist with other tasks such as SHE, material distribution, kit install, and vehicle in/outduction Requirements * Field Service with experience in vehicle modifications * Strong analytical and technical skills * Solid problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Knowledge of metrics, data and spreadsheets * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to travel internationally * Solid understanding of process/ execution stages as they relate to MWO applications in a field environment * Computer competence/ Microsoft suite experience- Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Project and Access * Self-motivated that works to improve the teams accuracy and proficiency * Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools * Experienced in Combat Vehicles: BFV, BFIST, MLRS, SPH, AMPV * Solid understanding of Quality Management Processes * Experienced person with prior MWO installation background, emphasis on Bradley Fighting Vehicles, BFIST, MLRS and other combat vehicles * Prior military experience is a plus * HS Graduate or equivalent with 5 years' experience, associate/ bachelor's degree in related field considered * Professional certification, such as Six Sigma preferred, not required.
