Customer Service Representative II In Temple, TX!!!

Currently Seeking Customer Representatives in Temple,
As a Customer Representative, you will support the clinic by
handling inbound calls from customers and employees to place work
orders within the facility. You will also assist in directing
guests and employees to the necessary offices and contact
information for departments. Job expectations include: Data entry,
Work Order Processing, Handling inbound phone calls, Processing
paperwork, Understanding the directory, and the ability to assist
with special projects/tasks.
WHAT IS EXPECTED (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Proficient in ALL phone and work request dispatch
- Ability to fill in for CR 1's on any shift.
- Monitors environmental alarms: doors, gates, parking lot
intercoms & CCTV.
- Assists with the workflow and assignments for patient
- Leads or participates in projects in support of the
- Responsible for providing feedback to leadership regarding ways
to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and to maximize the
performance of the department.
- Expectations listed are intended to describe essential
functions only and management retains the right to reassign duties
& responsibilities to this position at any time.
- Performs all position appropriate duties as required in a
competent, professional and courteous manner.
- Training Period (3-6months) 2:30-11pm
- After the completion of training will be transitioned to,
(10:30 PM to 7:00 AM) Saturday-Sunday (6:00 PM to 6:30

Education: H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
Experience: 1+ year experience required
