We are seeking a smart, passionate person to join our talented software development team. PDI offers a competitive salary, mentorship, personal and career development opportunities, as well as on-going training.Responsibilities Writes and maintains enterprise quality code for .NET REST services, using C# and Web API to meet production requirements and design specificationsManages detailed application requirements and collaborates with project/ development teams to ensure quality function, features, and UXDevelops and tests services, software and coding, working collaboratively as part of a teamDebugs, troubleshoots, and revises code to match evolving project needs, ensuring is regression free, well documented, and unit testedParticipates in design and code reviews as well as daily scrumAssists in the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software systems designed to support new or existing business needsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities 4 - 6 years experience designing and developing new or maintaining existing software applications in a software product development environment.Familiarity with the .NET/.Net Core frameworks, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (MVC)In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (C# (Preferred) and Visual Basic .NET)Knowledge on HTML/CSS, Javascript, JQuery & AngularJS/ReactJS Preferred.Experience in Communication frameworks like WCF, Web API, Web ServicesExperience in ORM Tools like Entity Framework, DapperFamiliarity with the Visual Studio IDE and the use of TFS, JiraFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillPDI's employee-oriented culture provides a supportive and dynamic work environment for high achievers.
