Job Description:

Leading Texas IT Services Provider needs Technical Account Team members. McLane Intelligent Solutions(MIS) was founded in 1999 with the objective of providing small and medium-sized businesses fast and reliable IT support that keeps them moving when IT challenges arrive. MIS mission is to provide monitoring, live support from MIS expert service center technicians, cost-effective cloud infrastructure, software integrations, IT solutions and customer service. Businesses need a technology partner who understands the companys business objectives and provide technology direction to support those objectives. Our technical account administrators work with our clients, our technical account executives and our service team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and eliminates risk to the client by keeping their equipment up to date. A successful team member in this role will act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. Additionally, the technical account administrator will work with our technical account executives to prepare quarterly business updates for each client to discuss their current IT status and present a road map for the client's IT strategy. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients needs while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives. Typical job responsibilities of the technical account administrator include:
Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)Weekly calls to clients to ensure all needs are being metBuild solutions based on our technology stackFollow up on offered solutions for the client to ensure the road map is followedPrepare business review presentationsSchedule review meetings with client and account executiveFollow up on signed quotes and provide updates to client
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients queriesBuild strong client relationships, through regular communicationReport on the status of accountsSuggest company products/services that maximize client satisfactionCommunicate product and pricing details clearlyCoordinate with Account Executives to create customized sales plans for key clientsPromote new products/services to existing customers Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field, education requirements can be offset by advanced, specialized and related work experience (industry or federal).Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationshipsEnjoy working with customers and external audiencesHigh energy and drive with good negotiation skillsProficient with general office applicationsBasic understanding of a wide range of technologies and ability to recommend best solution in a given situationAbility to exercise sound independent judgment and discretionStrong organizational, presentation, and customer service skillsSkill in preparing written communications and materialsInterpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-careAbility to multi-task and adapt to changes quicklyTyping skills to ensure quick and accurate data entrySelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environmentAbility to manipulate necessary office equipment, computer software, hardware and equipment.Ability to perform the following physical activities, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, feeling, talking and hearing.Requires working in both internal and external environments subject to variation in temperature at various McLane Intel locations and customer locations..Prompt arrival is mandatory in order to ensure SLA compliance may be required on a weekly basis.Frequent communications, occasionally for extended periods, by telephone.Activities before and after regular business hours may be required.Reasonable accommodations are provided as required by state and federal disability laws
