With an experienced growing team and state-of the-art greenhouses, Revol Greens is paving the way to a more sustainable future.Job DescriptionSummary of Position:The Greenhouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production area (board washer through pulling boards off the pond), directs leads and ensures tasks are done properly. The Greenhouse Supervisor will motivate and lead their team to execute daily and weekly goals. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Works with Food Safety Manager to ensure GMP's are thoroughly followed
• Communicates to Team Manager about proper labor needs and/or desires.
• Enters required daily metrics to track downtime and labor
• Executes daily plan designated from Team Manager
• Ensures that SOP's, Food Safety standards and Employee Safety standards are consistently followed
• Oversees daily staffing of the agricultural areas and works with teams to ensure effective workforce is in place
• Trains and/or sets up training for roles and are aligned for optimal efficiency
• Maintains company standards and ensures all operational specifications are adhered to
• Ensures that all paperwork is completed, and inventory numbers are accurate each day
• Evaluate operational efficiencies and suggest changes to improve Greenhouse operations
• Responsible for approving Time & Attendance for direct reports
• Assist and perform any other related duties as required or assignedKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field, or similar years of experience
    • 1 year of supervisor experience, preferably in a greenhouse or distribution facility
    • ADP experience preferred
    • Comfortable using Microsoft Suite including TeamsSupervisory:
      • This role is directly responsible for supervising Greenhouse AssociatesWork Environment:Greenhouse, 100%
        • The temperatures in the greenhouse vary depending on the weather outside
        • Climate can range from hot and humid to cold depending on the location and time of year
        • PPE must be worn at all timesPhysical Requirements:
          • Occasionally ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
          • Occasionally remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
          • Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
          • Occasionally adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
          • Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.Benefits:
