YOU HAVE
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Escrow experience preferred but will consider real estate related industry
Professional and excellent communication skills by phone, email and in person required
Strong customer service skills required
Strong work ethic, proactive thinking and positive attitude required
Ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints
Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and achieve goals within established time frames.
Must be organized, systems-oriented and have a good understanding of the whole real estate process
Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
Ability to pass a background check and have ability to obtain an escrow license
