The Opportunity: As an expert in training integration, your unique skillset inspires you to thi nk bigger, push further, and ask questions others don'tWe need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients' most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safeAs a Counter - Unmanned Aircraft Systems ( C-UAS ) Senior Training Integrator, you'll bring your expertise on emergent C-UAS capabilities, training, and force modernization background to collaborate with thought leaders in the Force Protection community on the integration of urgent and emergent C-UAS capabilities into Army formationsYou'll use your skills as you assist with the planning and operation of Unmanned Aircraft System ( UASs ) in support of individual and collective training to counter the emergent threat presented by these platformsYou will play an integral role in developing training scenarios and UAS threat injects and assisting with the planning of these within the framework of Army Flight regulationsYour ability to navigate aviation requirements and unit training plans while coordinating with internal and external training stakeholders will enhance Force Protection and readiness of soldiers and unitsWork with us to help the command protect United States servicemembers, their families, and our partners and alliesYou served your country as a Service Member, now continue your mission with usFurther your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matterJoin usThe world can't waitYou Have:--- Experience working with the U.Smilitary as an NCO or Officer
* Experience with C-UAS or Electromagnetic Warfare
* Experience with training development for Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming ( LVC-G ) training modalities
* Experience with the development of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) hardware and sof tware such as Virtual Reality and 5G wireless network transport for training use
* Secret clearance--- HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have:--- Experience with COTS UAS
* Experience as a military Group 1 Small UAS Operator
* Experience with training integration at Corps and Division echelons
