Charles FDay & Associates, LLC (CFDay), seeking individuals for a Field Service Technician to provide Field Support on Bradley Fighting VehicleExpectation is qualified candidate is willing to travel 10% CONUSLocation: FtCavazos, Texas Education: Must have a High School diploma, or equivalentSkills Required: At a minimum, general mechanic experience is required.
Able to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Able to document problems, develop procedures, and communicate recommended corrective action to the customer.
Able to assist in planning, estimating, and scheduling required personnel and equipment for assigned field service projects.
Able to assist in analyzing system deficiencies and provide input to recommended design changes to engineering.
Able to assemble, install, test, maintain, and repair products and ensure products comply with customer requirements.
Able to assist in resolving sensitive field service issues such as scheduling conflicts and funding concerns with customers.
Able to assist in pre-overhaul inspections and the preparation of discrepancy reports.
Able to serve as point of contact with customers, suppliers, and division management regarding schedules, technical issues, and administrative matters.
Able to maintain configuration control databases and will be responsible for logistical functions for assigned field service projectsMust possess a valid state issued Driver's License.
Must be able to pass a pre-screen background investigation check.
Must be able to qualify for, and maintain, a US Government issued Common Access CardSkills Preferred:
