JOB TITLE: Talent Management Coordinator

WAGE RANGE*: 22- 24/ hour

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of:Basic Excel
Intermediate PowerPoint
Basic Microsoft Outlook


Skill in:Data collection, entry, and reporting
Problem resolution
Establishing and maintaining constructive working relationships with co-workers, agency staff and external contacts
Work effectively in a professional team environment
Using a computer in a Windows environment with MS Office word processing, spreadsheet, and database systems; report writing, and other business software.
Effective verbal and written communication of complex policy and procedure to people of varying backgrounds, including skill in presenting analysis and recommendations.


Ability to:Track project steps, responsibilities, issues, stakeholders, milestones, etc.
Collaborate as part of a team and work independently to deliver results.
Create reports and document processes as needed.
Effectively communicate both orally and in writing, and to communicate with and influence peers and leaders.
Continuously learn new technology and tools used in the industry, including AI applications, such as Microsoft CoPilot.
Exercise sound judgement in making critical decisions.
Organize and coordinate work assignments to effectively meet frequent and/or multiple deadlines, in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and in managing conflicting priorities and demands.
Analyze problems and devise effective solutions.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed in a standard office environment and requires:normal cognitive abilities including the ability to learn, recall, and apply certain practices and policies;
marginal or corrected visual and auditory requirements;
constant use of personal computers, copiers, printers, and telephones;
the ability to move about the office to access file cabinets and office machinery;
frequent sitting and/or remaining in a stationary position; and
the ability to work under deadlines, as a team member, and in direct contact with others.

travel occasionally for work assignments and trainings;

JOB DESCRIPTION

Program Coordination & Execution - 70% Manage learning & development logistics and vendor coordination, participant tracking and post event survey administration
Collaborates with team members to support various talent initiatives and programs
Serves as initial IMD point of contact for all new hires and organizes New Hire Orientation
Assists with events and activities, ensuring the flawless execution
Coordinates details and logistics of monthly IMD Staff Meetings


Reporting & Data - 20% Collects, inputs, and validates data from multiple sources
Generates comprehensive reports from various systems
Formats, reorganizes, and reproduces presentations to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual appeal, aligning with organizational standards and objectives


General Admin Support - 10% Provides general office administrative support, including preparing documents and correspondence
Responsible for the Talent Monthly Newsletter including compiling information, drafting the newsletter for review, and disseminating it across IMD
