Registered Nurse - Method Analyst - Temple, Texas
Duties

As the Registered Nurse - Methods Analyst (NMA), you will support
the development of facility wide methodologies, protocol, models,
and overarching policies designed to track and evaluate total
patient care delivery services, to include but not limited to,
quality elements internal to patient service requested, required or
delivered and efficiencies involving of availability of providing
required care in the medical center. The NMA is a skilled member in
collaboration with all levels of clinical and administrative staff
and reviews local procedures and policies and recommend changes as
appropriate.
You will be responsible to develop and analyze the data needs and
produce an effective database system to meet the needs of Patient
Care Services. The Nurse Methods Analyst creates, integrates,
disseminates, and manages data for all Nursing applications,
processes and entities requiring timely and accurate data delivery.
The NMA will serve as a gatekeeper for all Patient Care Service's
data so stakeholders can understand data and use it to make
strategic clinical decisions. You will develop and present reports
on audits, outcomes and compliance using a variety of methods and
tools such as PowerBI. The NMA will study trends related to
efficiency of ancillary services, overhead costs, and other
operational aspects of patient care delivery. Duties of the
