The Purpose:
To support the community delivering a clean, safe and well maintained environment for residents, family members and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Global Harmonization System (SDS)
• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate the maintenance department.
• Develop and implement repair and maintenance schedules for all areas of the Community and grounds.
• Other duties as assigned
  Qualifications:
  
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technical school certification preferred
