We currently have an opportunity for a Production Packer - Operator B1-TPM located at our manufacturing facility in Temple, TX.HIRING IMMEDIATELY!!GREAT PAY! GREAT BENEFITS! GREAT CAREERS! Pay: $21.31/HourYour Role: As a Production Packer - Operator B1-TPM, you will be responsible for packaging, stacking, loading, and unloading products. You will have the opportunity to:

• Collect and dispose of hazardous waste per company polices and safety rules.
• Maintain 6-S requirements for the QAS desks and fill with the correct production supplies.
• Collection and entry of various types of data.
• Perform monthly safety inspections as needed.
• Inventory operator tools and order as needed.
• Maintain Kanban system for production floor paperwork and order as needed.
• Assist the TPM Crew and fill in whenever necessary.- Follow the pre-determined TPM Schedule. - Follow standard work for all job tasks and duties. - Complete all TPM items according to the TPM schedule. - Work in conjunction with line operators to minimize downtime without sacrificing quality of work. - Identify and correct or report items that could potentially cause a breakdown, small stops, or quality issues. - Be flexible to changes in standard work, TPM schedule, and other changes to job duties.In this role, you will be vitally important to the production process and therefore the company as a whole.
