As a Store Supervisor at SKIMS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our team towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: · Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service, and ensure the team is motivated to do the same. · Supervise the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. · Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and enthusiasm. · Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety measures. · Monitor inventory levels and participate in the planning and execution of merchandise strategies. · Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. · Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. · Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and store objectives. · Maintain the store’s visual standards in line with brand guidelines, ensuring a clean, organized, and attractive shopping environment. Requirements · Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion or related sector. · Proven track record of sales achievement and driving team performance. · Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. · Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. · Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. · Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies. What is expected of you : Have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.
