SMB Sales Specialist- Acer America Corporation

Acer America Corporation is a fast-paced, high-growth company located in the heart of downtown San Jose, CA. We are looking for an enthusiastic, open-minded sales professional to join our US Commercial Sales Team to in Temple, TX at Acer Service Corporation located in the industrial district. The ideal candidate will be articulate, possess excellent writing and phone skills, and able to prioritize customer service.

The Role

Primary responsibilities will be:

• 
  
• Handle inbound phone calls and emails from various Acer outreach campaigns. Qualifying leads- provide product information, promotion details, and overall customer sales support.
  
• Proactively follow up with customers through outbound calls- engage interest in Acer products, promote brand recognition, verify current & future computing needs.
  
• Utilize CRM methods to manage leads and direct the flow of qualified leads. Basic reporting skills required to monitor all sales engagement.
  
• Attend routine Acer team calls- progress updates, goals and ongoing training.
  
• Work closely with Acer Inside Sales team to secure large opportunities, bids, & RFP/ RFQs.
  
• Resolve customer issues with assistance from various departments in the company.
  
• Research, manage and address customer orders.
  
  
  Qualifications & Experience:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 2 -5 years of sales experience.
    
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    
  • Working knowledge and current experience using Microsoft Office (Msft Suite), O365 and Salesforce CRM.
    
  • Previous experience in technology manufacturer or retailer is a plus.
    
  • Attention to detail and good at multi-tasking.
    
  • A degree is preferred.
