As a Business Management Trainee, you'll play a key role in driving AT&T’s success, representing, educating, and sparking real interest in its services. This opportunity sets the foundation for a thriving sales career in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. What will I be doing as a Business Management Trainee? Engage in daily, in-depth training on AT&T products, direct sales strategies, and advanced customer relationship management techniques. Refine client acquisition skills by shadowing and supporting seasoned sales professionals in direct D2D engagements across Austin territories. Warmly greet and engage prospective customers at their homes, initiating compelling conversations, and creating a positive first impression for AT&T. Provide comprehensive education on AT&T's internet, mobile, and TV solutions; skillfully identify customer needs and interest levels to qualify leads. Assist the sales team by preparing promotional materials, organizing sales tools, and ensuring all resources are ready for impactful customer interactions. Practice and refine direct sales dialogues and presentations, receiving immediate, constructive feedback and personalized coaching from seasoned mentors. Learn to accurately gather and input customer information and sales data for potential AT&T service activations, ensuring precision in every detail. Strive for constant growth by asking insightful questions, taking detailed notes, and applying sales techniques in real-world client acquisition. Navigate and overcome customer objections with confidence and persuasive communication, turning challenges into sales opportunities. Work towards achieving and exceeding daily and weekly client acquisition targets, contributing directly to the campaign's success.
