What Youll Do: Handle inbound leads (text, phone, web form) and quickly qualify opportunities Book repair, tune-up, or replacement estimate appointments in ServiceTitan. Coordinate with our technicians and Comfort Advisors Close sales directly (optional, with additional commission) Follow up with unclosed leads and re-engage old customers How Youll Get Paid: base pay: $15/hour (20 hours per week) $10 spiff for each 10 old unit identified plus $5 per booked appointment. $10 if a sale is closed. You Are: A self-starter with excellent written and phone communication Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRMs like ServiceTitan) Organized, reliable, and results-driven Bonus if youve worked in home services, sales, or call centers Ready to Apply?
