Job Description:
Join RL Communities, a leader in providing exceptional senior
living experiences, as a Senior Living Sales Consultant. In this
role, you will guide prospective residents through the process of
discovering and choosing amongst luxurious senior living options
tailored to vibrant and active lifestyles. Your mission will be to
sustain the growth of our community through strategic sales
initiatives, while maintaining our commitment to compassionate care
and excellence in senior living. Engage with potential residents
and their families to understand their needs and preferences,
providing tailored tours and presentations of the community.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed
the monthly and annual occupancy and revenue targets. Maintain
accurate customer relationship management databases and follow up
regularly with potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional material and
advertisements specific to different target audiences. Provide
feedback to the management team on market trends, customer
grievances, or potential for community growth. Participate in local
and regional events or conferences to promote community awareness.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all inquiries and
moves are handled smoothly and align with the residents'
expectations and time frames. Proficiency in CRM software and MS
Office Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
independently and in a team-oriented environment Proven persuasive
and negotiation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

preferred Sales certification (e.g., CPSA) is an advantage
