looking for a Sales Development Analyst who brings strong
analytical rigor, technical depth, and a passion for turning data
into insights that drive sales performance. In this role, you’ll
own and evolve sales reporting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and
competitive intelligence—helping transform complex data into clear,
actionable narratives that support smarter decision?making. You’ll
partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations
to improve reporting accuracy, optimize processes, identify growth
opportunities, and enable distribution leaders with the insights
they need to perform at their best. What You’ll Do: Own Sales
Reporting & Performance Analysis Develop, maintain, and enhance
sales dashboards and reporting to support distribution leadership
Analyze sales performance to identify trends, risks, growth
opportunities, and process inefficiencies across the organization
Turn Data into Actionable Insights Translate complex datasets into
clear, compelling business narratives that support strategic and
tactical decision?making Conduct deep?dive root cause analysis on
performance variances and data issues, recommending corrective
actions Measure What Matters Define, measure, and continuously
refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with
sales goals and business priorities Support target setting and
sales forecasting through accurate, data?driven analysis Deliver
Competitive & Market Intelligence Conduct competitive intelligence
analysis to support strategic positioning and improve market
responsiveness Monitor external trends and performance benchmarks
to inform sales strategy Optimize Processes & Automate Reporting
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate processes,
and improve data reliability and efficiency Proactively validate
data and identify gaps or inconsistencies in reporting Partner
Cross?Functionally Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance,
and Operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and standardization
in reporting Support ad?hoc strategic initiatives and contribute to
broader sales operations optimization efforts What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or
related field. Experience building executive-level dashboards and
automated reporting solutions Familiarity with data warehousing
concepts and ETL processes. Exposure to sales operations,
distribution analytics, or process improvement initiatives. Core

reporting and analysis while managing multiple priorities in a

reporting tools and systems such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Tableau,
etch - to build scalable dashboards, automate processes, and

identifies inefficiencies, and recommends practical, data?driven
solutions Collaboration: Partners effectively with Sales,
Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations to drive alignment and
