Our client, a premier logistics & storage company, based in Austin, TX, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a full time role, and the successful candidate will have 0-2 years of Accounts Payable experience. Client Details A trusted leader in international logistics for fine art, based in Austin, TX. This FTE role is 4 days per week in office with 1 day of hybrid flexibility and offers a chance to work with a growing logistics company. Description This role will involve: Process high-volume vendor invoices related to international shipping, freight, port fees, customs duties, and other logistics-related services. Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices in accordance with company policies. Ensure timely payment of vendors while optimizing cash flow and taking advantage of early payment discounts. Communicate with global vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation. Prepare and process batch payments, including wire transfers and multi-currency payments. Profile The successful candidate will have: Associates or Bachelors Degree required 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferred Netsuite ERP experience preferred Ability to be flexible & tech-savvy Job Offer Very competitive compensation & benefits package!
