In this role, you will lead the design, safety, and manufacturing of electrical systems powering next-gen robots. Why join us? Startup stock, full health benefits, and growth path Build robots that are redefining the supply chain Own critical systems with real-world impact Job Details Design, upgrade, and validate electrical panels for performance, safety, and scale Own electrical schematics, BOMs, and testing protocols Drive functional safety compliance (e.g., UL508A, ISO 13849, ANSI/RIA 15.06) Collaborate with mechanical, systems, and software teams to align hardware integration Lead troubleshooting and field deployment electrical support Spearhead outsourcing, vendor QA, and process documentation Mentor techs and engineers on best practices What You Need: 3 years in electrical panel design and testing Strong CAD chops (EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, or AutoCAD Electrical) Hands-on wiring, troubleshooting, and hardware iteration experience Familiarity with robotics or automation systems Passion for startup hustle and engineering excellence Interested in hearing more?
