Job Description:
Job Description Check small electronic parts and boards to make
sure they meet quality standards Use visual tools like microscopes,
magnifiers, and measuring tools to find defects Perform light
touch-up work and repairs as needed Follow written instructions,
visual aids, and drawings during inspections Scan products and
enter inspection results into computer tracking systems Adjust and
process items to meet size or quality requirements Record how many
parts were inspected and any that were rejected Work closely with
your team and supervisor to report issues or delays Work Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred 1 year of related work
experience (inspection, electronics, or light assembly) Ability to
read and follow written instructions or basic diagrams Comfortable
using small tools, microscopes, or magnifying lenses Basic math
skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Able to sit for long
periods and lift/move up to 10 lbs occasionally IPC certification
