Available Job Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial
role in delivering personalized nursing care to residents by
employing the nursing process, which includes assessment,
diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position
involves collaboration with residents, their families, and
interdisciplinary team members, including healthcare providers, to
effectively plan, execute, and assess care. The RN is expected to
demonstrate proficiency and operate within the full scope of
nursing knowledge, adhering to age and population-specific
standards relevant to their clinical environment. Responsibilities
encompass all aspects of preventive care, health maintenance,
diagnosis, and treatment. The RN will coordinate care, conduct
resident assessments, provide education, and perform various
nursing interventions. In addition, the RN may take on the role of
charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to both licensed and
unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring that these tasks align
with job descriptions, skill sets, resident care needs, and the
competencies of those delegated. Adequate support and guidance will
be provided to ensure safe and effective resident care and to
address any concerns regarding care and services. The RN will
operate within the guidelines established by the Nurse Practice Act
and Administrative Rules of the state of practice and licensure.
Our organization recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and
the Code of Ethics for Nurses as outlined by the American Nurses
Association as foundational to nursing care delivery and
professional behavior. Qualifications Graduation from a nationally
accredited nursing program is preferred, including institutions
recognized by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education
(CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN),
and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education
Accreditation (NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is
preferred. Must possess an unencumbered RN license from the State
Board of Nursing in the state where nursing practice occurs, or
hold multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure
Compact (NLC) state. Must obtain and maintain necessary
department-specific competencies and certifications. Benefits Our
